In some circumstances, the Timer can't connect to the internet because it's blocked by a Firewall, an Active Directory policy, a VPN or Proxy that your company set up in your Workstation so you can connect to your office's local network.
If the Timer can't connect to TransparentBusiness's servers it will show a message that says "Connection error. Please try again".
To allow the Timer access to the internet you or your IT department need to create a new traffic rule using this information:
Ports: 80, 443
Traffic type: SSL
Traffic flow: Outbound
